Silver Day of Coordinating Package with Treasured Events

SILVER
DAY OF COORDINATING

This is for the couple who has prepared everything and needs little advice or guidance in planning their wedding, nor much assistance in setting up personal details, but just a great team who will make sure everything goes according to plan! Your lead coordinator will arrive 3 hours before your wedding & stay until one hour after the reception ends. The assistant coordinator arrives 2 hours before the ceremony and will leave once dinner is underway. We are the contact person for your vendors to help with any wedding day questions. It truly is a “DAY OF” contract in that you do all the planning and we are there to make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. For all the details, contact us today.

GOLD
PARTIAL PLANNING, STYLING & COORDINATING

This package is for the bride & groom who have a great vision, but need some help pulling it all together. We work with so many wonderful vendors, and after meeting with you & hearing your vision, are happy to recommend some of the very best for your wedding! We will talk & text often in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure all the I’s are dotted & T’s are crossed. This package gives 12 hours of coverage from the head coordinator, and 7 hours of coverage from an assistant. As an added bonus, it includes free staging of any décor rented from us! Platinum Planning, Styling and Coordinating for your Wedding with Treasured Events.

PLATINUM
FULL PLANNING, STYLING & COORDINATING

This package includes everything from the other packages, and SO much more! This is for the couple who knows the style they like, but needs assistance in meeting with and selecting vendors, and bringing all the little details together.  We'll work through a shared Pinterest board to define your style & incorporate any of your ideas into the plan. You'll be able to relax, knowing we will walk you through the process every step of the way! We'll talk about the whole wedding weekend, not just your wedding day! From your morning after brunch, to guest transportation, and whatever else you need. We will review all your contracts and look for ways you can make the best use of your budget.
